We are excited to be able to confirm, that we will be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 7^th March. We will be running a range of different reading themed activities throughout the day, for all classes, from Discoverers to Year 6 and the Bridge.

All children are encouraged to dress up as their favourite book character. In past years we’ve had Harry Potter, Where’s Wally? and The BFG. Children may also bring a well read and loved book or story to share with their class; please make sure this is clearly named.

We are looking forward to seeing the amazing costumes that you and your children can create, and hearing about the books our pupils love to read at home. Thank you for your support in making this an enjoyable and memorable day for the whole school.
